How do I generate a TOTP code?
Paste a Base32 secret or an otpauth setup URI, or generate a new secret. Match the algorithm, digit count and time period to the service you are configuring. The tool displays the current code and a setup QR code.
Why does my code not match my authenticator?
Check that both use the same secret, algorithm, digit count and time period. Time-based one-time passwords also depend on the device clock, so check that your device has the correct time.
Can I share the TOTP setup QR code?
Keep it private. The QR code contains the secret used to generate future codes. This tool processes secrets, codes and QR images locally and does not upload them.
